Customer Service/Training Executive

One Positions in Customer Service/Training Executive
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Female candidate preferred)
Job locations: Gurgaon (Sector -48)
Salary: 20k to 25k pm (depends on Skills/Experience) + Incentive
Maximum Qualification: Graduates
6 days working, work from office
Job description:
• Handling Customers & Attend Customer queries on call or emails.
• Conduct online zoom workshops, individual training sessions etc.
• Conduct training for new onboarding customers & Ensures customer receive on-going
training to understand marketplace operation.
• Work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges customers face on the Alibaba
marketplace. Conduct training/Give guidance as per guideline.
• Upsells value added services to customers as per client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Candidate must be self-motivator and self-starter
• Focused on quality and customer service
• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
• Very well conversant with Hindi and English Language
