Qualification - Minimum education requirements Undergraduate / Graduate (Any stream)
Job location - Mumbai & Pune
Job department- Frontline Reporting toTeam Lead

Shift timing- 24/7 according to schedule_Rotational (Night shifts are included)Position DetailsDuties and responsibilitiesWorking in a state-of-the-art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team.
Managing high call volumes/email volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers
Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and insurance

Minimum Requirements
Excellent communication skills- (Both Verbal & Written)

Preferred requirements
Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.Should be comfortable working in shiftsHaving a good command over English LanguageWell versed with GeographyExceptional customer service skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
