Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Associate for Inside Sales Department - who will be  responsible for generating opportunities and leads for the company through various tactical channels such  as Phone, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Events networking etc. 

Education Required: B.Com/ BBA/ BBM/ BMS/ MBA/ M.Com/ PGDM (Sales or Marketing  specialization or any equivalent) 
Job Location: Mumbai (Dadar)
Training Period: 3 months - INR 10,000 stipend per month. After that the compensation will be 3.0 LPA
Type: Permanent (Full Time) 
Commitment: 18 Months 
Shift Time: 3PM to 12.30AM  or  5:30 PM to 3:00 AM 
(Will be working for US Region)  
 
Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Lead Management: Manage, nurture and convert suspects/prospects into lead for sales  opportunities. 
  2. Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate leads. Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity 
  3. Reports in CRM system. 
  4. Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover  their business needs and develop a positive business relationship. 
  5. Provide accurate and timely information as required to managers and the team. 
  6. Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, SEO Optimization. 
  7. Adhere to company policies, procedures, culture, and business ethics.  
  8. 5 days working as per aligned geography campaign. 
     Required Skills: 
  1.  Excellent developed all round interpersonal skills. 
  2. Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills. 
  3. Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude. 
  4. Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets. 
  5. Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google platforms such as  Google Meet, Chrome, Sheets.
  6. Programs and social networking tools.  
  7. Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as per business  requirements.
