About Coachbots

Our mission is to provide simulated virtual job experiences to learners at every level to upgrade their skills for the modern workplace. We are building an automated coaching bot that will conduct audio/video based Q&A sessions with the candidate and provide detailed feedback on their performance so that they can practice and improve. The coaches/mentors/L&D team will have access to  dashboard to create these interaction bots.

We are a team of AI Engineers and L&D Specialists that is bringing simulation and personalization in learning.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Handle employee engagement
  • Provide administrative support
  • Coordinating office activities
  • Candidate screening and interviewing and onboarding
  • Allocation of tasks and status updates.
  • Good people management and follow-up skills.
  • Responsible for overseeing the HR department, which includes recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees
  •  Being actively involved in recruitment by managing job descriptions, posting ads and the hiring process
  •  Labor management such as time and attendance record management, handling of labor disputes, handling of terminations, etc.
  •  Ensure employees understand and handle HR policies as determined by management • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee benefits programs, and overseeing payroll and compensation.
  • Managing employee performance, addressing employee concerns and grievances, developing and managing employee training programs, and maintaining employee records.
  • Overseeing and managing administrative functions such as data entry, record keeping, and managing paperwork. • Ensuring that the administrative functions of an organization are operating smoothly and efficiently, while also ensuring that employees are well-supported and equipped to perform their job responsibilities effectively.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to streamline HR operations. • Collaborating with other departments, such as the front office and sales teams, to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
  •  Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate the performance of HR functions. • Managing employees in the HR departments.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and suppliers, as needed.
