Job Description

Location :- Gurugram,Haryana, WFO
Education Qualification-  ITI and Diploma civil
Salary- 15,000/- per month
Working Hours/Timings: 8 hours
Number of Position: 3

Key Responsibilities
Training and Development: Actively participate in the apprenticeship training program, including on-the-job training and classroom instruction. Follow the training plan and complete assigned tasks.
Site Supervision: Assist in supervising construction activities at project sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Technical Assistance: Support site engineers in performing surveys, preparing drawings, and planning construction activities. Learn to use technical equipment and software related to civil engineering.
Quality Control: Help monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on-site. Conduct inspections and tests as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, site inspections, and project progress. Complete required documentation and reports as directed.
Maintenance Support: Assist in the maintenance and repair of civil infrastructure, including buildings, roads, and drainage systems. Learn to diagnose and fix issues related to civil structures.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in safety training and report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and other team members. Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
