PFA the JD for Associate Recruiter (IT/ Non-IT Staffing) position for our Noida division.

Salary:                        The Salary would be (2.4 LPA) + Incentives based on Performance on monthly basis (best incentive structure as per market norms).

Training:                    Imparting OJT’s (on job training) that would be for 3 months & stipend during the training would be 12k.

Location:                    Noida 201301

Timing's:                    Timing would be depending upon selection. Domestic (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) /APAC (6:30 am to 3:30 pm) EMEA (1:00 pm to 10:00pm)/ AUSTRALIAN shift (4:30 am to 2:30 pm)

Joining Month:             As per the college schedule

Growth:                     After completion of 18 months the student will be eligible for an international exposure basis their performance and delivery.

Eligible Streams:       This Drive is open for B.tech (CS, IT, EC, EE, EEE,ME, Biotech) and MBA, BSc. (IT, CS and Biotech), BBA, BCA, MCA, B Pharma, D Pharma, M Pharma, PGDBM, PGDCA (Any student from 2021-22/2022-23 batch pursuing Graduation/Post graduation in any stream)

Eligibility Criteria:

2. Good communication skill
3. Pleasing interpersonal skills
4. Team player
5. Have a zeal to learn and grow,
6. Must have clear academic record.

• Students with clear academic records in every semester in first attempt will be the suitable candidates.

• Make sure the communication skills of the students are excellent and they should be dressed in formals during the drive.

• The management reserves the rights to cancel the offer in case of negative reference check.

• PAN Number and Copy is Mandatory for all the selected students (In case of absence of the same the Joining would not be possible and would be deferred further).

• Please confirm us the tentative date and the leaves your students would need for their final exams, or any other attendance required in college (Internal and External).

• We would be more interested in looking at student who will need maximum 7-day leaves for their Internal and external Viva all put together, if you have such provisions for any of your courses the chances of them getting hired at Net2Source will be increased.

• We will need at least 500+ eligible students to show up on the drive date else the drive will stand cancel, and the college would not be entertained by Net2Source for any of the recruitment need going forward. (In case the number is less, please let us know)
