As a Social Media Marketing Fresher, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning,

execution, and optimization of social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness,

engagement, and drive conversions.

Responsibilities:

? Manage client's social media accounts and engage with the audience

? Create an end-to-end social media plan for the client

? Collaborate with the content and design team to get the plan executed

? Responsible for the growth of the client’s social media channels

? Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events

? Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

? B.Tech/ BE/BSc + MBA in Marketing

? Certification/course in Digital Marketing

? Above 60 percentile in CAT is preferred

? Above 65% in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post Graduation

? Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts

? Strong creative, problem-solving and analytical skills

? 0-1 year of Experience in Digital Marketing

? Good knowledge of all different digital marketing platforms

? Goal-oriented and a believer in showing results

? Someone who can unlearn to relearn the Blacksof way

? A positive mindset and appetite for feedback

? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

? Long-term association with the organization - 2 years of bond

Other details:

? Job Location - Indore, MP (On-site)

? Timings - 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM

? 5 days working (Monday to Friday)

Salary Structure:

•  Training Period (First 6 Months): ?15,000 to ?20,000 per month (in-hand).
• Post-Training Period: ?25,000 to ?30,000 per month (in-hand), based on performance.
