Job Description

Management Trainee

Experience: Freshers
CTC: Up to 2.5 lac per annum  
Locations: Metro and Major towns
CTC is 70% Fixed and 30% PLI

Prerequisites:

People having experience in selling SaaS products and preferably Legal Tech solutions will be an added advantage

Qualification: MBA, LLB/LLM

Job Description :

• This role is in Sales and Business Development domain.

• Sales Executive will hold the responsibility to brand, market and sell our products.

• Developing and establishing the market directly.

• Appointing Business Partners in the given territory who would also help us by promoting our offerings and reaching out to the Judiciary, Lawyers, Legal firms, Corporate and Government entities, Law Colleges, Law students and other Legal Professionals.

• Generating leads, contacting them, and setting up appointments to present company products.

• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

• Preparing and completing weekly, monthly, regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.

• Maintaining client records.

• Giving sales presentations and Demonstrating product features to a range of prospective clients.

• Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.

• Attending trade shows and other industry-related events
