Position : Delivery Lead – Executive Search
Location : Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai

Position Overview:
The goal of the Delivery Lead – Executive Search is to support the Principal / Partner in executing critical
aspects of a search including assisting in the identification of target companies, market mapping, candidate
identification, pre-qualification of company and candidates, candidate screening, contact and preliminary
candidate evaluation.
Responsibilities Include:
• Initial Stages of Candidates contact and evaluation - The RA/SRA will be responsible for the first
contact/experience with the candidate, by introducing the firm to the candidate and by assessing the
preliminary fitment of the candidate.
• Assistance in the Preparation of the Candidate Report - The RA/SRA will assist in the preparation
(formatting etc.) of Candidate Confidential Report (CCR) /Assessment Summaries which should be
tailored to client’s requirement.
• Assisting Principals / Partners in preparation of reports - The RA/SRA will be responsible for helping
the principals / partners in the preparation of Long Lists / Short Lists which gives the status of the
search to the client on a regular basis. These lists need to capture the basic details of the candidate
and show the coverage of the search.
• Scheduling Interviews - The RA will be responsible in overseeing all logistical requirements of the
candidates and the client for scheduling Interviews.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Excellent communication abilities, ability to persist on procuring information using innovative ways.
• Ability to work within with a focus on speed of delivery.
• Ability to network well.
• Skilled at using Computers and the Internet.
• Experience of working in a Search / Recruitment firm with an exposure to Head Hunting preferable.
• Experience with working on Job Portals preferable.
• Relevant Graduation / Post Graduation preferable.

Compensation:
• Fixed salary commensurate to experience at industry standards and an attractive, performance based
variable compensation plan with no upper limits.
