Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilites-:

  1. Organize and schedule appointments
  2. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  3. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  5. Develop and maintain a filing system
  6. Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  7. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  8. Maintain contact lists
  9. Book travel arrangements
  10. Submit and reconcile expense reports
  11. Provide general support to visitors
  12. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  13. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
