L&D Solutions encompass Instructor Led Class room and Virtual Trainings and e-Learning solutions. Prior to commencing LRUs, Piyush had a diverse work experience at American Express (Amex) across its captive shared services of Human Resources, Finance, Technologies, Card Operations and Retail Banking after which he started his own Talent Consulting firm to expand his reach and make more organizations benefit from his expertise.

Piyush possesses Exemplary Leadership and Behavioural skills capabilities and has conducted sessions across the globe for employees of different Levels, Tenure and Job functions, He is able to utilise his skills and knowledge in coaching discussions with senior Executives for asking the right questions at the right time to steer them towards achieving extraordinary business results.

Piyush has worked as a part of the core project team at Amex that diligently worked on making it feature as the Best Place To Work for 10 successive years as per an independent survey. Piyush led the Retail Banking team to offer services that were the industry trend setter and helped Amex win in a fiercely competitive environment.

He has extensive Six Sigma Project Management and Design Thinking experience in a large global organization with outstanding Presentation, Communication and Global Cultural awareness skills.
