Key Responsibilities
Training and Development: Actively participate in the apprenticeship training program, including on-the-job training and classroom instruction. Follow the training plan and complete assigned tasks diligently.
Production Operations: Learn to operate various manufacturing machines and equipment used in the production of medical devices. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
Machine Setup: Assist in setting up machines for production runs, including installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and machine controls. Ensure machines are properly calibrated and maintained.
Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards. Learn to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Maintenance Support: Assist in performing routine maintenance on production machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in safety training and report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
