Job description

Wizergos is looking for Implementation Specialists to immediately join its growing Implementation Services for its Low Code Platform.

Highlights:

• Should have good Problem solving & Logical thinking skills

• Knowledge of at least one modern programming language will be helpful but not mandatory.

• Should have good communication skills & confidence

• Must be detail-oriented, methodical and able to deal with deadlines.

• Experience as an Implementer, Tester or Technical Business Analyst in client-facing software implementation will be helpful, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and document end-user workflows and user experiences in order to develop clear, concise, and testable requirements for the Implementations team.

• Configure end-to-end workflows using the Wizergos Conversational Platform with a focus on quality

• Handle technical integration of the Wizergos Conversational Platform with other Systems as part of Implementations using REST, SOAP

• Build and maintain a deep knowledge of the Project as well as other capabilities of the Wizergos Conversational Platform

• Update documents and procedures throughout the project lifecycle

• Conduct quality assurance and unit testing of the user interface, business rules and forms

• Conduct audits, peer reviews, and verification of the configuration steps with fellow Implementation Experts.

• Collaborate with Senior engineers and Developers working on the Wizergos platform.

• Work closely with the Business Development team to evaluate, document, and report on research programs and/or system configuration requirements.
