Summary/Objective: To be Homebuyer-centric and stay with the customer till the end.

Salary: 3LPA + attractive incentives

Essential functions:

•  Briefing about the residential project to customers.
•  Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and active participation in expos.
•  Act as an intermediary in negotiations
•  Meet monthly sales targets.
•  Handle direct sales, generating referral leads and also generating leads from channel partner
•  Maintaining day-to-day reports.
•  Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
•  Accompany buyers during site visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.

Eligibility qualifications:

•  Graduates( BBA- Marketing, BBM, B.com, BE- Civil), Post Graduates (MBA- Marketing and Sales)
•  Good Knowledge of Multiple Languages
•  Need to travel as per requirements.
•  Good Communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
•  Good knowledge of the Geography of the City.
